As an Architect at Amana Light, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating architectural projects that integrate advanced lighting systems. You’ll work closely with lighting designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural and lighting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
- Use BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to produce accurate architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (lighting, MEP, structural) to integrate building systems.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Participate in design presentations and client meetings.
- Oversee the quality and timeline of deliverables.
- Stay up to date with architectural codes, technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide guidance and technical input to junior architects or draftsmen if needed.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Good knowledge of lighting design software such as Dialux or Dialux EVO is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience or familiarity with product design—especially in lighting products—is a valuable asset.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers) is preferred.
- Full availability to work on-site in Riyadh.

- Strong attention to architectural and lighting design details.
- Understanding of light distribution, visual comfort, and architectural lighting integration.
- Ability to use lighting simulation software for accurate analysis and presentations.
- Interest in or experience with product development—especially the design of lighting fixtures or architectural elements.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time.
